These terms
By ordering from ADMA you agree to what follows. ADMA is based in Doha, Qatar, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
Placing an order
Prices on this site are shown in Qatari Riyal. You place an order through the checkout page; an order exists once we have confirmed it with you. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock or if we cannot deliver to your address — and if we do, you pay nothing.
We try to keep prices and stock accurate. If something is listed at the wrong price we will tell you before taking the order any further, and you are free to walk away.
Payment
You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or in cash to the driver on delivery inside Qatar. Card payments are handled by Sadad, Qatar's payment gateway — your card details are entered on their page and never reach this website. For delivery elsewhere in the GCC, card payment is the only option; cash on delivery is available inside Qatar only.
Delivery
We deliver across Qatar and to the GCC — Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Delivery normally takes 2 to 7 days. It costs QR 50 inside Qatar and QR 80 to the rest of the GCC. Orders over QR 500 are delivered free inside Qatar.
Delivery times are our best estimate, not a guarantee. Once an order is with the delivery company, its timing is in their hands. Any customs or import charge outside Qatar is the responsibility of the person receiving the order.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Fragrance is a sealed personal product, and a bottle that has left us cannot be resold.
This does not affect your rights when something is actually wrong with the order. If a bottle arrives broken or damaged, we replace it. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send a replacement.
Using the fragrances
Our fragrances are for external use on skin or clothing. Stop using a fragrance if it irritates your skin. If you have a known sensitivity, check the ingredients with us before ordering.

The ADMA name, wordmark, text, images and design on this site belong to ADMA. You may not copy or reuse them for your own commercial purposes without our permission.
