Who we are
ADMA is a fragrance house based in Doha, Qatar, selling online at admaperfume.com. If you have any question about this policy or about information we hold, write to .
What we collect
We only collect what you give us directly:
- Your name, email address, phone number and message, if you use the contact form.
- What you enter at checkout when you place an order — your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, and what you ordered. The email address is needed so we can send you your order confirmation.
- Anything you send us over WhatsApp, if you contact us that way.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website, and none are stored here. Your shopping bag is kept in your own browser and is never sent to us until you choose to place an order.
Why we use it
- To answer your message.
- To take, prepare and deliver your order.
The only email we send you is the confirmation for an order you placed. We do not send marketing, we have no mailing list, and you are not added to one by ordering.
We do not use your information for anything else.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. It is seen only by the people and services needed to do the job above:
- The delivery company carrying your order.
- WhatsApp, if that is how you contact us — your messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
- Formspree, which delivers your order from our checkout page — and any message you send from the contact page — to our inbox. They pass it on and do not use it for anything else.
- Sadad, Qatar's payment gateway, if you pay by card. You enter your card details on their page, not ours — no card number reaches this website or is stored by us. They tell us only whether the payment succeeded, for how much, and their transaction number.
- Resend, which sends you your order confirmation. They handle the email itself and nothing more — no marketing, and no list you have been added to.
- Cloudflare, which counts visits to the site. It receives no personal information — see Cookies and tracking below.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept while we may still need them for the order and for our own accounts. Contact messages are kept while the conversation is useful, and deleted after that.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email and we will act on it.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. It stores your shopping bag in your browser so it survives moving between pages. Fonts are served from this site, so no other company is asked for them.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It uses no cookies, does not identify you, and does not follow you to other websites — it counts visits, not people. There is nothing to opt out of, because nothing about you is stored.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
