Question 1

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We deliver across Qatar and to the GCC — Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

Question 2

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Between 2 and 7 days.

Question 3

How much does delivery cost?

Accepted Answer

QR 50 inside Qatar and QR 80 to the rest of the GCC. Orders over QR 500 are delivered free inside Qatar.

Question 4

Can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you where your order is.

Question 5

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, or cash to the driver on delivery inside Qatar. For delivery elsewhere in the GCC, card is the only option — cash on delivery is Qatar only.

Question 6

Is cash on delivery available?

Accepted Answer

Yes — inside Qatar it is how orders are paid today. You pay the driver when your order arrives.

Question 7

Is my payment secure?

Accepted Answer

Card payments are handled by Sadad, Qatar's payment gateway. Your card details are entered on their page, not ours — no card number ever reaches this website or is stored by us. Inside Qatar you can also pay cash to the driver.

Question 8

What is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Question 9

What if my item arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

We replace it. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send a replacement bottle.

Question 10

Are ADMA fragrances authentic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. ADMA fragrances are made in Qatar.

Question 11

How long does the scent last?

Accepted Answer

Twelve hours or more on skin. Temperature and skin change how long any fragrance lasts, so it will not be identical on everyone.

Question 12

What is the difference between your concentrations?

Accepted Answer

The Eau de Parfum is the more concentrated of the two, and it lasts longer — twelve hours or more on skin. The All Over Body Spray is lighter and made to be used generously across the whole body.

Question 13

How should I store my fragrance?

Accepted Answer

Away from sunlight and away from heat. A drawer or a cupboard at room temperature — ideally in its box — is better than a bathroom shelf or a windowsill. Light and temperature swings are what age a fragrance, not time on its own. Keep it upright, with the cap on.

Question 14

Where should I apply it?

Accepted Answer

On skin rather than clothing, at the pulse points — wrists, the base of the neck, behind the ears. Skin warmth is what lifts a fragrance and moves it through its notes. Do not rub your wrists together: it crushes the top notes and shortens the opening.

Question 15

How long does an opened bottle keep?

Accepted Answer

Stored properly, several years. A fragrance does not spoil the way food does — it changes slowly, and the first sign is usually a darker colour or a sharper opening.

Question 16

Do you offer samples or discovery sets?

Accepted Answer

Not at the moment.

Question 17

How do I contact ADMA?

Question 18

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Accepted Answer

Not at the moment.

Question 19

Do you sell wholesale or to retailers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or email admaperfume@gmail.com and we will talk.
